New winter class!

Winter can feel long and disconnected, especially when we’re spending more time indoors. This 10-class winter meditation includes 60-minute sessions together in the library with guided meditation, easy mindfulness practices, gentle breathing, and time for group sharing. Classes are relaxed and supportive, with tools you can actually use in daily life. No meditation experience is needed. Chairs are provided, and all are welcome.
